At Fragrance One, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and gently used products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
